How do I create an account?

Wedding Vision AI uses Google Sign-In for easy and secure authentication:

1. Open the app or visit our website
2. Click "Sign in with Google"
3. Select your Google account
4. Grant permissions to continue
5. You're ready to start planning!

Do I need a subscription to use the app?

The Wedding Plan includes a 3-day free trial with 5 free photos to explore. Then choose a subscription — Weekly ($9.99/week, 10 photos) or Wedding Plan ($179.99/year, 30 photos/month) — or purchase one-time photo packs.

What features are included?

All subscription plans include:

• AI-powered image generation
• Bride persona creation with photo uploads
• Vision board with saved images
• Wedding planning tools (dress, venue, reception, menu, entertainment)
• Venue search with Google Places integration
• Guest management

How do I create a bride persona?

1. Navigate to the Bride Persona section
2. Upload 3-5 clear photos of the bride from different angles
3. Provide details like hair color, eye color, and style preferences
4. Save the persona for use in image generation

Tip: Use well-lit photos with clear facial features for best AI results.

How do I generate AI images?

1. Make sure you have created a bride persona
2. Enter wedding details (venue type, dress style, theme, etc.)
3. Click "Generate" to create AI visualizations
4. Wait 30-60 seconds for the AI to create your image
5. Save to your vision board or generate a new variation

What is the Vision Board?

The Vision Board is your personal collection of AI-generated images and inspiration. Save your favorite generated images, organize them by category, and easily reference them when making decisions about your wedding.

How does venue search work?

Wedding Vision AI integrates with Google Places to help you discover wedding venues near you. Enter your location and preferred venue type, and we'll show you relevant options with photos, ratings, and contact information.

What payment methods do you accept?

On iOS, subscriptions and photo packs are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. On the web, we accept all major credit cards through Stripe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone/iPad:

1. Open Settings on your device
2. Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find WedMuse and tap Cancel Subscription

On the web:

1. Go to your account settings
2. Click “Manage Subscription”
3. Cancel through the Stripe billing portal

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Generally, all subscription fees are non-refundable. However, we may offer refunds for:

• Technical issues preventing service use for extended periods
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Cancellations within 48 hours of initial purchase (one-time courtesy)

How do I update my payment method?

On iOS, payment methods are managed through your Apple ID settings. On the web, go to your account settings, click “Manage Subscription,” and update your payment information in the Stripe billing portal.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

Yes, all subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You'll receive a reminder email before each renewal.

Image generation is taking too long

AI image generation typically takes 30-60 seconds. If it's taking longer:

• Check your internet connection
• Wait up to 5 minutes - complex images take longer
• If it times out, try again with a simpler prompt
• Contact support if the issue persists

I can't sign in with Google

Try these steps:

• Clear your browser cache and cookies
• Try a different browser
• Make sure you're not blocking third-party cookies
• Check if you're using the correct Google account
• Disable any browser extensions that might interfere

Photos won't upload

Ensure your photos meet these requirements:

• File format: JPG, PNG, or HEIC
• File size: Under 10MB per photo
• Image quality: At least 500x500 pixels
• Check your internet connection

The app is running slowly

Try these solutions:

• Close and reopen the app
• Check for app updates
• Ensure you have a stable internet connection
• Clear app cache (iOS: Delete and reinstall app)
• Restart your device

My subscription isn't working

If you've subscribed but can't access premium features:

• Sign out and sign back in
• Wait a few minutes - activation can take up to 5 minutes
• Check your email for payment confirmation from Stripe
• Contact support with your purchase receipt

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data transmission and storage. Your photos and personal information are stored securely on Supabase servers with Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring only you can access your data.

What happens to my photos?

Your photos are used solely to generate AI visualizations for you. They are stored securely in our database and are never shared with third parties or used for any other purpose. You can delete your photos at any time.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, email us at hello.weddingvision@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We'll permanently delete your account and all data within 30 days.

• Upload high-quality photos: Use well-lit, clear photos of the bride
